30-Day Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@lymphalia.com to request a refund. We may ask for the unused portion of the product to be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items Free gifts, promotional items, and digital products (such as ebooks) included with a pack are not eligible for individual refund but are covered under the same 30-day guarantee if the main product is returned.
